Hammock Accessibility Statement

Effective date: April 15, 2026 Last updated: April 15, 2026

PXA LLC d/b/a Hammock is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually maintain and improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across our products — including the Atlas web application, the Atlas mobile apps (iOS and Android), and our public website at gethammock.com (collectively, the "Services").

1. Our commitment

We believe financial tools should be usable by everyone. Accessibility is a core part of how we design, build, and maintain our products — not an afterthought. We meet or exceed applicable legal requirements and recognized best practices.

2. Conformance status

The Services conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We maintain this level of conformance on an ongoing basis and assess new and changed functionality against it before release.

We also design and maintain the Services consistent with:

·      U.S.: the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where applicable to our work, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

·      EU/UK: EN 301 549, to the extent we serve users in those regions.

3. Measures we take

To maintain accessibility, Hammock:

·      Incorporates accessibility into our design system and component library (the Atlas design system).

·      Builds on accessible UI primitives (e.g., Radix UI) and semantic HTML, with attention to keyboard operability, focus management, color contrast, and screen-reader labeling.

·      Supports platform accessibility features on mobile (e.g., VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android), respecting OS-level text sizing and contrast settings.

·      Includes accessibility acceptance criteria in design and code review.

·      Conducts regular automated and manual accessibility testing, including testing with assistive technologies, and remediates issues we identify.

4. Compatibility with assistive technologies

The Services are designed to be compatible with current versions of major assistive technologies and browsers, including:

·      Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

·      Screen readers such as VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA, and JAWS.

The Services may not be fully supported on outdated browsers or operating systems.

5. Scope and ongoing maintenance

This statement covers the Atlas web application, the Atlas mobile apps, and the gethammock.com website. We monitor accessibility on an ongoing basis and are not currently aware of any material accessibility barriers in these Services.

Some content is generated or supplied by parties other than Hammock — for example, documents and files uploaded by users, and embedded third-party content or integrations. While we present such content in accessible formats wherever we can, the accessibility of user-supplied and third-party content may vary and is outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see Section 7) and we will work to provide the information or functionality in an accessible way.

6. AI features and accessibility

Some Hammock features generate content using artificial intelligence (for example, the Eirene assistant, summaries, and categorizations). We present AI-generated content in accessible formats and welcome feedback where AI output presents an accessibility barrier. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Services. If you experience an accessibility barrier, or need information or a feature in an alternative accessible format, please contact us:

·      Email: accessibility@gethammock.com

·      General: support@gethammock.com

·      Mail: 64 Beaver Street, Unit 514, New York, NY 10004

Please describe the problem, the page or screen, the device/browser or assistive technology you were using, and the best way to reach you. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide a timeframe for any needed remediation. There is no charge for requesting accessible formats or assistance.

8. Assessment and review

This statement reflects our assessment as of the "Last updated" date above. Our accessibility program includes a combination of internal evaluation and periodic third-party review, using both automated tooling and manual testing with assistive technologies. We review this statement and our accessibility practices periodically and after significant product changes.

9. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern to accessibility@gethammock.com, attention Accessibility Lead. We take accessibility concerns seriously and will work with you in good faith to resolve them.
